Growing up can be confusing and it's not helped by all the judging we do to ourselves and to others. Make these four mistakes and you are guaranteed to not live your best life and to wake up one day and wonder how you became a person you didn't want to be.

Ignore self discovery in favor of conformity.

Ignore moral, ethical, and integrity based decision making in favor of doing what ever you want in order to crush the opposition and always get ahead.

Only do what you are already comfortable doing.

Stress out and freak out all the time.

Have these behaviors and you will not live your best life - just saying.
