Ep #139 - How are you communicating with yourself today? How about others? When we speak to ourselves in a certain manner or tone we are setting our energies that can be heard toward uplifting into the space of denigration and negativity.
It is imperative you begin to speak to yourself with love and understanding. When you do this your words become habituated and you then gear them in that same way toward others. When I hear someone tear someone else down I feel pretty confident they are doing that to themselves, in their own head, pretty frequently.
It's time we evolve past this behavior. I am not asking for 100% perfection because perfection does not exist. I seek progress with you all by my side.
